About booking a stay with ANYLK.
How do I pay for a hotel booked with ANYLK?
You pay a small advance from your ANYLK wallet to confirm the booking. The balance is paid at check-out, either from your wallet or in cash at reception. Prices are shown in LKR and USD before you book.
How does check-in work?
Your booking includes a check-in QR code. Show it at reception, or tell the property the code, when you arrive.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, from the booking in the app. If you cancel more than 48 hours before check-in, the full advance is refunded to your ANYLK wallet. Cancellations 48 hours or less before check-in are not refunded. If the property cancels, you get the full advance back. See our Refund Policy.
